Meet the Team

  • Chaplain Joe (Dudziak) - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Joe was born and raised in Northern New Mexican. He is an Air Force veteran. After the Air Force Joe came back to Northern New Mexico. He spent many years working construction as a carpenter, estimator and project manager. After that he spent many years working as a building inspector. About 14 years ago he started volunteering 3 plus days a week at the Interfaith Shelter (Pete’s Place) and continued until July 31, 2025. In 2019 he became a Chaplain and founded Chaplain Joe’s street Outreach.

  • Doug Stuart - VICE PRESIDENT

    Doug has been working with Chaplain Joe for over three years distributing supplies to the homeless. Previously he worked at Consuelo’s Place as a Case Manager helping homeless residents find housing and needed resources. Previous to that he was a retail store manage at the largest sporting goods store in Santa Fe. He is an advocate for the unhoused people and animals of Santa Fe. His role includes hands-on operations and boots on the ground distribution of supplies and food to whomever needs it.

  • Adam D. Lord, MSW - BOARD MEMBER

    Adam D. Lord, MSW, is a Santa Fe–based public health and social services leader with more than 15 years of experience walking alongside individuals experiencing homelessness, crisis, substance use, and mental health challenges. His work is grounded in presence, dignity, and deep respect for each person’s humanity—values that closely reflect the heart and mission of Chaplain Joe’s Street Outreach.

    Adam currently serves as Crisis Prevention & Outreach Program Manager at New Mexico Solutions Crisis Triage Center’s Recovery Alliance, where he supports harm reduction, syringe services, medication-assisted treatment transportation, and food distribution efforts. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams, partnered with community organizations, and offered consistent, relationship-based care to individuals living on the margins of our community.

    He holds a Master of Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and a Bachelor of Social Work from New Mexico State University. Adam is honored to serve on the board of Chaplain Joe’s Street Outreach, offering his experience and heart in service to the organization’s mission of compassion, presence, and unconditional care for those most in need.

  • Ericka Kidd - BOARD MEMBER

    With a B.S. in Education, Ericka discovered her passion for working with the unhoused. She has spent the past 20 years in Santa Fe serving in the fields of behavioral health and homeless services. Her work includes providing comprehensive community support services at Presbyterian Medical Services, The Life Link, and as a Program Manager at Casa Milagro.

    Currently, Ericka serves as the Program Manager at the Santa Fe Suites for St. Elizabeth Shelter & Supportive Housing. She considers it an honor to help amplify the voices and needs of our unhoused community members.

    Ericka also volunteers with the Santa Fe Housing for All group, the Interfaith Shelter, and Chaplain Joe’s Street Outreach. She is inspired by the words of Mahatma Gandhi: “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”

  • Jon Singh - BOARD MEMBER

    Jon was born in Las Cruces, NM and has lived in Santa Fe for 30 years.

    He is retired from the City of Santa Fe where he worked at the Municipal Court for 24 years.

    For 12 yrs he was the Program Manager of the Homeless Court, having started at St. Elizabeth Shelter and then moving to The Interfaith Community Shelter where "Homeless Court" was held he became an advocate for the Homeless as a member of numerous committees' addressing the situation in Santa Fe.

    After retirement he went to volunteer at "Pete's " where he met Joe, and after a couple of months he became a Case Manager there helping with the "Showers to Go" program. And as time went by they became close friends after finding out that they both shared the same best friend from way back. He started going on outreach with Joe where he became aware of how vital his services are to everyone.

    Jon is now retired and has been spending his time helping Chaplain Joe's , and catching up with with the homeless by doing street outreach.
